›› Matt Oesterle, CEO
Matt approaches incentive marketing within a rigorous data-driven framework. He was previously the founder of Involver, a marketing platform to enable nightlife, restaurant, and lifestyle businesses to effectively reach the $100k+ HHI demographic. Matt graduated with BS in Economics from Duke University in 2005 and studied at the London School of Economics.
›› Shannon Hogue, Director of Engineering
Shannon brings a strong background in engineering and analytics software solutions to Sweepery. She was previously the Director of Engineering at IMMI, a company that works with advertisers and broadcasters to track and analyze media exposure. Shannon has also held senior engineering positions at LookSmart and Logitech.

Benjamin is currently the CEO of Fliqz, the leader in full-service plug-and-play video solutions. Benjamin was previously the CEO of Collabrys, a provider of customer acquisition and retention solutions for Global 1000 corporations. He was also the founder and CEO of Smartshop.com (acq. by CNET).

Previously, Sundeep was Co-Founder at RichRelevance, the leading provider of personalization and product recommendation tools for eCommerce sites such as Sears.com and KMart.com. He was the Marketing Director at Kiva.org, Product Manager at MySpace and eBay, and entertainingly, an actor with spots on Entourage and 24.

Oren is the CEO of Mashery, the leading API Services company on the web. Prior to joining Mashery, Oren worked as VP of Business Development at Feedster, where he managed the company's activities in China and negotiated partnerships with AOL, Real Networks, and Mitsui.
